Schau mal in die Crawl-Logs und suche dort nach der URL der Bibliothek.

Da steht nur das die Bibliothek A gewcrawlt wurde, also so in der Art: hostname\subsite\A.aspx. Hier fehlen die Dokumente. Dateitypen habe ich eingestellt und in allen anderen Bibliotheken funktioniert es auch.

Du hast ja oben geschrieben, daß die Bibliothek nicht von der Indizierung ausgeschlossen ist. Sind die enthaltenen Dokumente denn eingecheckt und/oder genehmigt/veröffentlicht? Melde Dich doch mal am Browser mit dem Suchkonto an und schaue, ob Du die Dokumente siehst.

Danke für deine Hilfe.

Die Dokumente sind eingescheckt. Mit dem Suchkonto habe ich Vollzugriff.

Habe jetzt noch folgendes gelesen, das teste ich mal:

The effected libraries had the option Library Settings > Versioning Settings > Draft item security set to 'Only users who can edit items'.

My crawl account did have full control of the documents in the library and I logged in using the crawl account to confirm this.

When i changed the above option to 'Any user who can read items' then reset the index and did a full crawl, the documents where indexed and are now being served up by search.

I had previously read that the crawler ignores this option but it seems that it interprates it in an unexpected way.

Interestingly (and frustratingly) when i changed the 'Draft Item Security' option to 'Any user who can read items' and did an incremental craw

Working with one of our developers we figured out what the problem was.  It turned out to be a combination of 2 things.  Either by itself would have been fine but together they caused the search to skip the items in the list.

1. In the crawl rule I had set the configuration by checking the 2 checkboxes for crawling complex URLs and to crawl SharePoint content as Http pages.
2. The default list view had been changed so that the items were grouped and that the groups were collapsed so that only the headers were visible.

When we changed the default view so that the groups were not collapsed and all of the items were visible the crawl and search worked.  The problem is that the users have several groups with lots of items in each group so they wanted it collapsed.  By unchecking the two checkboxes we were able to collapse the groups and still have the items indexed.

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem in den Griff bekommen :)

Das ViewPermissionsSettingsFeature war schuld. Genau erklären konnte ich es mir bis jetzt auch nicht. Außer, dass die Standardansicht in SharePoint, auf die man bei Zugriff auf die Bib. A geleitet wird, gar nicht in den Bib.-Einstellungen als Standardansicht angezeigt wurde... Dann habe ich explizit diese als Standardansicht eingestellt und dann konnte der Crawler auch die Dokumente indizieren.
