Multi selection listbox all even only one is selected

Hi,

I have a weird situation in my infopath form, I have a multi selection listbox, which was populated through a data connection (list with value and display value). When I check one items it checks all and when I uncheck one, it uncheck all. It works completely fine on one server, but not another. 

So, I added another multi select listbox but it has same entries except they are all manual entries in the properties, this one works in both servers.

Any reason why and what is missing?

Please help.
